A mission to support, encourage, and showcase the work of local artists
The Key West Art Center & Gallery proudly announces a call to artists for our 2021 Associate Members’ Show. Each spring the work of our many associate members is featured in the Gallery. This is a chance for associate members to show their work to the public and for the public to see the exciting variety of talent that is in their midst. The deadline for application is February 15, 2021. Artwork must be submitted on February 18 from 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Work will hang until March 3 when unsold work is to be picked up.
The Associate Membership program at the Key West Art Center supports the mission of encouraging local artists and bringing programs to the public that increase appreciation of the arts. Monthly membership meetings followed by demonstrations are held November through April. In addition, all associate members receive a 10% gallery discount on the purchase of original artwork, advanced notice of upcoming workshops, classes, programs and special events, special discounts on selected programs and discounted entry for Plein Air Key West held each spring. If you are not yet an associate member, you may join prior to the show. Annual dues are $45.00.
