Life Drawing Sessions at the KWAC
This upcoming Seasosn, January through March 2025, we're holding pop up life drawing sessions with a live model on most Wednesdays from 5 - 7 PM.
$15 per session. No instruction, just draw!
On the last Wednesday of each month (Jan, Feb and March of 2025), the figure drawing monitor, Lothar Speer, MFA, will offer an informative hands on 2.5 hr long instructed figure drawing workshop. For more info please contact The Key West Art Center at 305-294-1241 or keywestartcenter@gmail.com.
Mr Speer is a classically trained artist who studied at Vienna’s National Academy of the Fine Arts, taught anatomy for artists and figure drawing at Chicago’s American Academy of Art, The Pennsylvania Academy of The Fine Arts and is now offering studio workshops at KWAC and TSKW. He exhibited at The Rotunda of The Capitol Building in Washington, was chosen to create a Portrait of President Obama and as South Florida’s National courtroom artist to cover important trials of the region.
